UX/UI/VISUAL DESIGN
PROJECT OVERVIEW
I collaborated closely with our Web Marketing team on a special project called, “Project Mint” with the goal of accelerating the buyer journey from awareness to full adoption of our Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) product. Early testing revealed that there was a drop in user engagement and an increase in bounce rate in that particular product section. In an effort to rectify this, the Web Marketing team devised a plan with participation from UX/UI Design, Development and Product Management. The strategy was to reimagine, rewrite, and redesign across key conversion points by creating a modern and engaging web design built for performance. A defined self-guided, optimized content strategy focusing on top use cases per buyer segment were developed while personalization and conversational marketing were used to create helpful, conversion-focused experiences throughout the buyer journey. I led the design which included a simplified buying experience with quick and easy access to product trials, pricing and purchase options including eCommerce and 3rd party marketplaces. Two distinct designs were to be tested in order to determine which version had the most engagement and click-through.
Projected Results
VERSION - A
Predominantly lighter, more open in tone using branded light gray and light teal background shapes
VERSION B
Deeper, more saturated tones using darker shades of teal for a more dramatic effect.
